Refund & Return Policy

At AuraPets, our goal is to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. We are passionate about helping people achieve clearer vision, but we also recognize that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary.

Return Policy Overview:

  • Eligibility: You can return any authentic AuraPets product purchased on our website, or authorized online retail partners.
  • Return Period: Please submit return requests within 90 days of the delivery date. After this timeframe, store credit may be considered at our discretion.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling charges. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Conditions for Refund:

  • The return request must be made within 90 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened. 
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. AuraPets does not provide prepaid shipping labels.

 

Additional Terms:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorized returns or those partially or fully used products may be refused.
  • AuraPets will issue a refund once the returned product is received.
  • Returns are processed within 2-3 days after receipt. 
  • Direct drop-offs at our warehouse are not accepted.
  • For Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages: A refund will be issued (minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee), provided we are informed and tracking confirms the refusal.
  • AuraPets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be offered in such cases.

 

Order Modification and Cancellation:

  • Due to rapid processing, we cannot alter or cancel orders once placed. This includes changes to items, addresses, or shipping methods. 
  • To attempt any order modification or cancellation, contact us immediately at support@getaurapets.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
  • If cancellation is not possible, our return policy applies

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If you receive an opened, defective, damaged, or inaccurately described items, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please submit a return in our return portal

Exchanges:

  • Exchange items effortlessly with our streamlined process. Begin the return through our return portal
